Heating elements & thermal design
Element geometry, ramp-up behaviour and thermal profile developed in-house, then validated against the structure before tooling is cut.
This website is intended for licensed tobacco businesses, distributors and brand owners. We do not sell to consumers, and our products are not for sale to minors.
By entering you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you represent a business authorised to trade tobacco or nicotine products. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
We design and manufacture heated tobacco hardware. The ClooX device is our platform for the two-chamber approach — engineered so that partners can take it to market under our brand or their own.
Our work sits in the engineering and manufacturing layer of heated tobacco — heating architecture, thermal control, mould design and production quality. The ClooX platform came out of a straightforward observation: centre heating leaves a substantial part of every stick untouched, and no one in the category had addressed it.
We build for partners who sell. That means the product has to be manufacturable at volume, the documentation has to be complete, and the after-sales process has to work without us in the room.
The part that decides how a heated tobacco device performs is the part we were already making. Our background is electric heating elements — for domestic appliances for years, and heating components supplied to vape manufacturers over the past year. In this category the element governs everything: how quickly the substrate comes up to temperature, how evenly it is held there, and whether the ten-thousandth unit behaves like the first.
That is why the second chamber is hardware rather than a setting. Heating the perimeter of a stick is not the same problem as heating its core, so it gets its own element with its own thermal profile, driven independently of the first. We were able to build it that way because the elements are ours.
The ClooX programme runs as its own operation: contracting and brand ownership sit with our Hong Kong entity, assembly is carried out by a licensed manufacturing partner in Shenzhen, and the heating elements are developed in-house. Devices are supplied under the ClooX brand or under your own, and we treat documentation as part of the product — specification sheets, test reports, material declarations and packaging artwork are released with the order, so that market registration and customs clearance are not held up by missing paperwork. Entity details and trade references are available on request.
From the first sketch to a packed carton, the process stays in one place — which is what makes OEM and ODM programmes practical rather than aspirational.

Mould design and production, including custom colourways for private label.
Batch assembly at a partner facility in Shenzhen, with defined process controls and traceable component sourcing.
Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and final functional testing.
Monthly capacity, facility scale and company history are confirmed directly with partners during the enquiry process.
Components are sourced to batch and inspected on receipt; every unit is functionally tested before it is packed. Test documentation for the shipping configuration is issued with each order, and where a certificate your market requires is not currently held, we will say so in writing and quote what obtaining it involves rather than leave the question open.
Specification sheets, material declarations, test reports and packaging artwork are supplied with the order, in the format your market requires.
ClooX supplies the heating device; consumable sticks are sourced in your market by whoever holds the licence to sell them. The device is treated as a tobacco product in a number of territories, and we make no reduced-exposure or reduced-risk claims and do not present it as a smoking cessation product. Registration and notification duties sit with the importer or distributor in each market — we provide the technical material needed to support them.
The programme started from a teardown: after a centre-heated stick is spent, a ring of tobacco around the element has never been heated at all. Two independently controlled chambers were the answer — take the first session from the core, then heat the perimeter for a second.
Bench builds confirmed the two-chamber sequence could run from a single battery charge, and that the perimeter pass produced a fuller second session rather than a thin one.
Moulds signed off and samples built to the shipping specification: aluminium alloy body, USB Type-C charging, three finishes, and a control sequence locked for volume assembly.
Three standard finishes in production, OEM and ODM programmes available, and samples ready to ship for evaluation.
We answer enquiries from distributors, wholesalers and brand owners directly — usually within one working day.
